The league system
“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships”
As we are committed to encouraging students to take part in competitive sports and let them know the importance of teamwork, we ran our first IKC Football Tournament in May.
Students from Y4 to Y9 signed up, allowing us to create 4 equal teams to compete against each other through the league system. Players showed positive behaviour and teamwork, and matches were full of enjoyment, excitement, and a lot of remarkable goals, dodges, and skills.
Teams were supported fantastically by the other students, with cheerleaders, commentators, and fans creating an incredible atmosphere.
